When it came time to ‘go live’ Nick and Claire Walker, the Business & Implementation Analyst, walked with us through the whole process. They created an open Zoom session and were available during the whole two-day post go-live period. They couldn’t do enough to help and have such a ‘can-do’ attitude that nothing was a problem.
