The legal industry has been on a slow digital transformation journey over the last decade. As a result of the novel Coronavirus pandemic, law firms were forced to very quickly adapt. Processes and technology once thought to be impossible to implement suddenly had to become a reality in order for law firms to continue to conduct business and service their clients.
