Opus 2 International Inc complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Opus 2 International Inc has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. Opus 2 International Inc has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. Opus 2 is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission.
This Data Privacy Framework Statement (the “Statement”) supplements the Opus 2 Privacy Policy (https://www.opus2.com/privacy-policy/) and unless specifically defined in this Statement, the terms in this Statement have the same meaning as the ones in Opus 2 Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict between the terms in this Statement and the applicable DPF Principles, the applicable DPF Principles shall govern. Additional information on how Opus 2 processes personal information in compliance with the DPF Principles may be found in Opus 2 Privacy Policy. The Opus 2 Privacy Policy includes full information on collection and use of Personal Information, including but not limited to:

Should you wish to make a request in respect of your Personal Information, including exercising your legal rights in respect of your Personal Information or to object or limit the processing of your Personal Information for a purpose different to the purposes in the Opus 2 Privacy Policy, please send an email to privacy@opus2.com.
Opus 2 may be liable in accordance with the DPF Principles for onward transfers of personal data governed by the DPF program to third parties processing personal data on our behalf. Where Opus 2 transfers your personal data to third party service providers who perform services for Opus 2 or on our behalf, we are responsible for the processing of that data by them and shall remain liable under the DPF Principles if the third party processes your data in a manner inconsistent with the Principles unless Opus 2 proves that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
Opus 2 also commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of personal information transferred from the EU, United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) or Switzerland to the U.S. in compliance with the DPF Principles. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your DPF related complaint from us, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed, you may contact or visit the JAMS Data Privacy Framework Dispute Resolution website for more information and to file a complaint, at no cost to you. Under certain conditions, you may invoke binding arbitration for certain residual claims.
Choice
- If personal data covered by the Privacy Policy is to be used for a new purpose that is materially different from that for which the personal data was originally collected or subsequently authorized or is to be disclosed to a non-agent third party in a manner not specified in this policy, Opus 2 will provide you with an opportunity to choose whether to have your personal data so used or disclosed. Requests to opt out of such uses or disclosures of Personal Data should be sent to us via email at: privacy@opus2.com.
- Sensitive Personal Data: Certain personal data, such as information about medical or health conditions, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, is considered “Sensitive Information.” Opus 2 will not use Sensitive Personal for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the individual unless Opus 2 has received your affirmative and explicit consent (opt-in).
Amendments
Opus 2 may amend this Statement from time to time by posting a revised Statement on this website or a similar website that replaces this website. If Opus 2 amends the Statement, the new Statement will apply to Personal Information previously collected only insofar as the rights of the individual affected are not reduced. So long as Opus 2 adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, we will not amend our Statement in a manner inconsistent with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or with the rights of EU, UK, and Swiss individuals.
